2023 Vintage | Adelaida Estate Vineyards
Twenty-three twenty is a meticulously crafted blend that represents the pinnacle of each vintage. The 2023 was a long growing year, and with extended hangtime, the fruit is given time to develop a myriad of complex expressions. The extended barrel aging brings aromas of Vanilla and black currant to the surface, while highlighting a variety of spice and mineral-driven flavors. Upon the first sip, the wine shows off flavors of plum and licorice, with an almost umami-like component like soy sauce. Enjoy now through 2036.

The 2022 Cabernet Franc benefits from an early harvest season. Often relegated to a supporting role in blends, this standalone expression is strikingly expressive, opening with bright aromas of blueberry, rose water, and lavender that allude to a lighter version of this varietal.
