What is the fee to join the club?
There is no initial membership fee. However, we do require a minimum 2 shipment commitment.

Can I change my membership level and how do I do that?
Yes, you can make changes to your membership at any time. To do so, reach out to us by phone at (805) 239-8980 ext. 14 or by email at

Can I delay my wine club shipment?
Requests to delay shipment should be made at least one week prior to club processing date. Delayed orders will be still processed on schedule but with a future ship date. Shipments can only be delayed up to 45 days beyond the scheduled shipment date. Requests should be sent to:

What address should I use to ship my wine shipments?
We recommend using a business address as the shipment will require a signature from someone 21+ at delivery.

How will I know when my wines ship?
Shipping notifications are sent to the club member’s email address on file before any shipment leaves our warehouse.

What happens to my shipment if I am not available to sign for it?
The carrier will make three delivery attempts before returning it to us. If your shipment gets returned, we will reach out and make arrangements to reship. A reship charge will be applied.

What happens if I realize a club order has been processed with the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us at (805) 239-8980 ext. 14 or to reroute your package. A reroute charge may be applied.

How do benefits work? When do they begin?
Benefits are activated immediately upon joining the membership. Savings will apply automatically to purchases of wine online or in person. Please note that members must be present for winery experiences to enjoy member benefits including complimentary tastings.

What is the cancellation policy?
We hate to see you go, but after 2 shipments have been received you may cancel without penalty. Cancellation will take effect thirty days after the request is received. 

Why do you need my email address?
Your email is your unique wine club identifier that allows access to club-only discounts & club-only tasting reservations.

Your email address is used to verify your address prior to your shipments.

UPS will email you your tracking number once your package has been shipped.

We will notify you of all club member events and special offers via email.

We will never sell, rent, or trade your email address.
