Join us as we look at the organic farming practices used on our entire estate. Assistant Ranch Manager, Chad Taber, and Assistant Winemaker, Ryan Bosc, will lead the discussion on effective organic methods used to grow and maintain grapevines, walnut orchards and the natural habitat in which they grow. They will highlight how Adelaida’s techniques effect the grapes that we produce and the wine that we bottle.
This experience includes a summer lunch catered by Crush Catering and a flight of wines representing each of our vineyards.
