Pinot Noir is the heart and soul of our winemaking quest. Rarely found in the warm Paso Robles AVA, our site overcomes the conventional wisdom of inappropriateness. Its coastal mountain microclimate and affinity for the indigenous limestone are precursors of its potential for nobility.
