Taking place Harvest Wine Weekend, this event will feature live music, our winemaking team, limited quantity wines available to purchase, and our best dinner yet prepared by renowned Chef Paul Corsentino.
Currently the Owner/Executive Chef at Art of Dining Big Sur, Chef Corsentino brings more than a decade of experience, including his time working with celebrity chef Geoffrey Zakarian in both his New York restaurant and during his tenure as champion on Iron Chef America. Corsentino works closely with local foragers, fishermen, and farms to infuse authentic ingredients from the surrounding coastal landscape into his cuisine.
