Aged 10 months in 26% new French oak (a small part was in stainless, with the balance in neutral oak), drink it anytime over the coming 2-3 years

"We admit that fine Chardonnay does not leap to mind when we think about Paso Robles, but this very deep and generously filled offering reminds that the HMR Vineyard is a unique site. While its youthful directness must be noted, there is no question but that it will gain with age and that it should be held for a couple of years."
