The 2010 vintage produced a classic elegant style of Cabernet for Adelaida, given the combination of crisp mountain fruit and the cooler growing season. The Reserve designation represents a fruit selection from mostly, the upper ridge tops of the vineyard, with its better sun exposure, leaner soils and smaller berry size. The wine benefited from a long maturation in new oak barrels, medium toast Taransaud, Vicard and Bel Air.
