We are bringing Spain to Paso Robles for an evening of Flamenco and Andalusian-inspired cuisine.  Enjoy Walter Molena and Guest for Flamenco Guitar and Dance while enjoying a fabulous four-course menu by Chef Brett Blute.

Back by popular demand, Molena Flamenco brings the tradition of Flamenco to life through guitar and dance, woven together with rich stories of their journeys into Flamenco.  According to Walter "Flamenco is not just about a particular or special guitar technique, though it includes that. It is not just about long, difficult stretches of solitary hours with the guitar you are in love with, though it includes that, too. A good measure of talent is also helpful, of course, but still not enough. You have to get to know something about the people of flamenco, because flamenco is the way of life and the spirit of the gitanos of Spain."

Chef Brett Blute brings his global culinary experience to Adelaida.  As former Executive Chef of Robin's Restaurant in Cambria, Chef Blute incorporates his classical french training and his love for travel and art into each of his dishes.  His menus are globally inspired while maintaining regional integrity.

Join Tony Hermann as he unveils our newly released 2011 Pinot Noir Vineyard Series from four critically acclaimed vineyards: Santa Rita Hills, Santa Lucia Highlands, Eola-Yamhill region of Oregon's Willamette and of course, our estate vineyard, HMR.

The once-in-a-100 year frost event of 2011 and the loss of 80% of our HMR Pinot crop were the impetus for us to search out different sites to augment our tiny home vineyard production.  Now it is time to unveil these amazing wines, each from a region famed for Pinot Noir.  The featured wines come from the Santa Lucia Highland, Santa Rita Hills, the Eola-Yamhill region of Oregon’s Willamette Valley, as well as the surviving Upper West block of Adelaida’s HMR Estate Vineyard.

This event will delve further into the mysteries of Pinot Noir, trying to connect the dots of this intriguing grape variety to its range of styles, from earthy-mushroomy to delicate rose petals and riper versions showing sweet dark cherry flavors.

Growing conditions, soil types, clones, winemaking techniques, all play a part in developing these diverse flavors.  Adelaida’s resident Wine Educator, Tony Hermann will lead this sensory excursion, accompanied by food matching appetizers prepared by celebrated Guest Chef.   Reservations required.  RSVP today.  $45/ $36 Wine Club Members.
