Adelaida Cellars, Chateau Margene, and Parrish Family Wines are joining together for a special evening to kick-off the Paso Robles CAB Collective's CABS of Distinction Weekend. The dinner will be held at Ian McPhee's and will feature award winning Cabernets from all three wineries for a five course menu paired to six wines. Seating is very limited. Pricing is $115/ $92 wine club. Wine club members, please login to your account to receive 20% discount on the tickets.

Taste 70 of the top Cabernet and Bordeaux wines from Paso Robles paired to perfection with artisan cheese and charcuterie. Decadent complimentary catered lunches will be provided by notable Paso Robles restaurants and caterers (Robert’s Restaurant, Crush Catering and Avant-Garde Experience) and served in the CAB Bistro. Monterey Chocolate Company is back again this year offering attendees chocolate tastings to pair with PRCC wines. Activities include a barrel-making demonstration, live music in the amphitheatre by the lake and much more.
In addition to all Gala activities, includes access to an exclusive early-access tasting of Reserve wines at 1 p.m. as well as access to the VIP Lounge where desserts and drinks will be available throughout the day.
Luxury VIP guests will enjoy an unforgettable Saturday in wine country. Start your day with an exclusive private vintner-hosted reception and lunch at Thomas Hill Organics in downtown Paso Robles at 11 a.m. The decadent multi-course menu will be paired with select Cabernet and red Bordeaux wines creating a palate experience like no other. After lunch, enjoy complimentary shuttle service to the event site where you will be the first to arrive and taste through the Reserve wines of 32 Cabernet and red Bordeaux producers. VIP guests will have private access to a VIP Lounge throughout the day, and continued access to the Gala starting at 2 p.m., where vintners will be pouring their finest current release wines, each thoughtfully paired with artisanal cheese or Charcuterie. Savor complimentary access to the CAB Bistro, chocolatier, live music, a barrel-making demonstration, photo booth, and more. When ready, the shuttle will return you to downtown Paso Robles at various designated times.

Wine Festical Weekend, Adelaida Cellars is celebrating our 50th Anniversary of our acclaimed HMR Vineyard downtown Paso Robles at the historic Park Ballroom. Join us for a five-course plated dinner by Chef Alex Martin as he showcases the best of our local provisions matched with our best from our HMR vineyard. Live music by Big Daddy's Blues Band to follow for the celebration to continue. $125/ $100 Club Members. Reservation required.

Just for our Wine Club Members, this special event will take place on our private Hilltop site. Located at the top of the Adelaida Cellars estate overlooking the walnut orchards, our Hilltop is the perfect backdrop for our members to enjoy our new release wines along with paella and tapas and pick-up wine shipments.
Shuttle service is available from the Adelaida event lot to the top of the hill. Reservations are required. Wine club members receive two complimentary tickets per membership. Guests are discounted to $20.00.
