Outside food is not permitted during tastings but can be enjoyed afterward on our additional patio seating when available. Dogs are welcome on our outdoor patios.
Tasting appointments are available Wednesday-Monday from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm.
Glasses of wine are available until 4:00 pm, except Saturdays.

Adelaida's Food and Wine experience explores the complementary approach to food and wine pairings. Guests enjoy a curated menu by Trumpet Vine, featuring expertly paired small bites with each Signature wine. This is a private experience that takes place in our Library Room.

Adelaida’s Signature Hilltop Experience features expansive views of the Santa Lucia Mountain Range. Taste the most current vintages of Signature wines among ancient coast live oaks on our private hilltop situated at 2200 ft. This tasting is accompanied by a selection of artisanal cheese and charcuterie that complement the wines featured.
