IMPORTANT! By registering for the Adelaida Cellars Wine Club, you authorize Adelaida Cellars to charge your credit card account on file according to the below terms as well as those of your designated membership category, and have the wine sent to your appointed shipping address.

• I certify that I am 21 years of age or older and acknowledge that someone 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for each delivery.
• I understand my credit card will be charged one week prior to each wine club shipment.
• I will notify the Wine Club Manager (800.676.1232 ext 14, or annette@adelaida.com) at least two weeks before a scheduled wine club shipment to indicate a change in credit card, billing and/or shipping information.
• I will receive at least two wine club shipments prior to cancellation.
• I will notify the Wine Club Manager (800.676.1232 ext 14, or annette@adelaida.com) of cancellation two weeks prior to a scheduled wine club shipment.
• I understand that I am responsible for all cost incurred if my wine is returned to Adelaida Cellars because of an incorrect shipping address.
