Wine Club Pick-up Party

Wine Club Pick-up Party

We have a special Spring Release Pick-up Party just for our Wine Club Members.   Join us Saturday, May 24th from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM for Paella, Tapas, New Release Wines, and live music by Martin Parish.   Arrive between 1:00 PM- 4:30 PM to Adelaida for a shuttle to our private Hilltop site.   Enjoy unrivaled views of rolling walnut orchards and ancient mountainous terrain under a canopy of historic oaks.   Wine shipments must be pre-scheduled for pick-up if you wish to pick-up your wine at this event. 

Wine club members receive a total of two complimentary tickets per membership.  Additional guests are $20 per person.

Wine Festival HMR Dinner

Wine Festival HMR Dinner

Adelaida Cellars is celebrating our 50th Anniversary of our acclaimed HMR Vineyard.  The "vielle vigne" designation of our HMR  vines elevates them to the status of some of the best wines of the world.  This five course dinner by Chef Alex Martin will showcase the best of our local provisions while matched with our best wines from our HMR vineyard.    Live music to follow for the celebration to continue.

Appetizer:
Artisan cheese platter with orange peel, olive oil crostinis, spiced pistachios, marinated olives, proscuitto, local organic fig butter

Chilled Shrimp Salpicon on toasted brioche, meyer lemon aioli, Kiler Ridge Late Harvest EVOO

Manchego and Quince Paste Empanadas with Loo Loo Farm's micro greens, Syrah Gastrique

Plated Dinner:

Premier
24 Hour Root Beer Braised Pork Belly with a local spring slaw, crispy purple kale, smoked paprika oil.

From the Garden
Organic Spring Pea Salad with a basil- lemon vinaigrette, shaved almonds, chevre "snow balls", crispy peas, farmer's pea shoots, pickled red onion.

48 Hour Sous Vide Local Grass Fed Beef Short Rib with Parisian Gnocchi, Brandy-Cherry Demi Glace, Sylvetta Arugula, Aged Balsamic
