Library Wines

At Adelaida Cellars, we have always put a concientious effort into setting aside and storing wines that we feel are best suited for further aging.  We keep all of our library wines on our property, in our temperature controlled library facility, created and set aside for the purpose of cellaring our wines.

A quality product at a reasonable price point, the Estate level wines were initially created for our friends in the restaurant business.  Focusing on the core varieties grown in our vineyards, our Estate wines are blended for immediate enjoyment at a value that makes everyone happy.
