Resident Wine Educator, Tony Hermann, will be showcasing the Viking Vineyard for a special Father's day seminar. Starting with a Vineyard tour of our acclaimed Viking Vineyard with its elevation reaching 1900 feet and steep rugged slopes and certain to set the tone for the Tasting to follow. Tony will then lead the group through a "Claret' Symposium focusing on the 21 year old estate. A lively discussion and BBQ lunch to follow. Shuttle transportation to the vineyard will be provided. Please prepare for a brief vineyard walk and warm weather in the vineyard followed by sitting in a cooler barrel room. $65/ $54 wine club members. Reservations are limited. Email to RSVP.

Raw Food Chef and Sommelier, Stephanie Burton is bringing raw food and wine pairing to Adelaida. Joined by Wine Educator, Cynthia Bowser, learn why wine and raw foods are synergistic (wine is raw!), and how to approach pairing them.
